I gotta give this place 5 stars because of a Great employee helped me out today. Gotta give Kaeden kudos for helping me out. The young gentleman took time from his lunch and put me back on the road. I was so thankful. If that's not customer service then I don't what is especially since I wasn't a customer. Friendly, Reliable, and Honest. I trust these folks.

Craig went out of his way on a Saturday to help me get coil springs mounted on my struts. Most local places were closed and as a last resort was potentially going to have to rent the kit from O'Reilly's. Due to safety, Craig offered to have one of his mechanics help get us taken care of (even though they are closed on Saturdays as well). Greatly appreciate everyone going out of their way to help out a neighbor in need.
I was able to get the truck back together vs potentially needing to take Monday off to get it resolved. Thank you!

They took photos of what needed to be repaired on my truck so I could understand the issues. This company was very professional and didn’t price gouge me. There was quite a lot of work I needed done and they completed everything in just under 2 days. I will definitely take my vehicles back there for future work.

Called this shop and spoke to the owner Craig, told him the issue I was having with the ac system on my vehicle. ( While charging the ac system it would blow cold for a minute and it seemed like there was a leak because the compressor would kick on but after a while it would stop but I couldn’t locate the leak.) I brought my Chevy traverse in a couple days later for an ac diagnosis. Later that day I get a call from Craig claiming my vehicle has “Black Death” and that I would need a new compressor, condenser , dryer, and new lines basically a whole new system. In parts and labor this would cost me $3,250. I told him that was way out of my budget and that I would need time to think about it and talk to my wife he says that I can get on a payment plan, but my ac system was done for and the whole system is contaminated with metal and there’s no other way it’ll work without replacing all these parts. A few days later I refuse his service and take my vehicle home. He did tell me that there was a leak on a hose and showed me a picture of where it was on his phone. ( not on the invoice where he had photos of other issues with my car that had nothing to do with my ac system). I took my vehicle home and replaced the hose assembly that had the leak. I gutted the hoses open and not one metal shaving. Took it to a different shop in Caddo mills they vacuumed and recharged the system. It’s been working great ever since. I confronted the owner about his diagnostic let’s just say it didn’t end well I left the shop saying I would be writing a review he said he would sue me for slander but wouldn’t get anything out of my because I’m broke. One and done is right I won’t be returning to this shop ever.

The team helped my mother in law fix her car and get her back on the road. We came in thinking she would have to replace the car, and they fixed it up and did it with a great price and was very thorough and up front on cost and even offered financing! They have won my business forever.
