  I called around to numerous door companies today without success. I was surprised how many don't even have an actual person answering the phone number listed on their website. The few I did talk to acted very uninterested in fixing our issue.

  Contracted with William at All American for new patio doors on 11/9/16, and we paid $1,250 deposit. Their company scheduled and cancelled several appointments for installation. We finally asked for a refund and should have received it in early January but as of 2/10/17, no patio doors and no refund! Cash refund received... read full comment

  They did a fantastic job and the new doors look incredible now. The guys who installed them were super friendly and did a great clean-up job before leaving. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
