My shirts came back more wrinkled than when they were dropped off. 2 shirt had so much starch on them it was like wearing paper and 1 had none. I basically had to rewash and iron all my dress shirts...This is why small businesses fail. Won’t be returning

Tried to give the needville cleaners another chance. I had been a customer since they opened. The same woman told me to leave and never come back. She also said "Customer isn't always right." Oh well.
