We had issues a couple of times where we broke down and someone from the Mr. Dan without hesitation went to where my wife was and able to get her vehicle going and his son Zach did the same for me as well. “First Main Auto has become my go-to for reliable service in a timely manner. I've been using their inspection and maintenance services for a little over three years now, and have been happy with their work every time. It's nice to be in and out in a reasonable time, while knowing the job was done right the first time. In regards to pricing, everything I've requested has been well within reason. Before bashing the proprietors on their pricing, take into consideration that much like other petroleum products, engine oil cost does increase with oil prices, and oil filters are subject to inflation as well. For example, I had an oil change done today (10/7/24) that cost $101.50. Of that total, labor was only $30 while oil and filter was $71.50, quick research of costs in the area suggests this is comparable to what others are charging. For those of you who still think that is too much, perhaps you should try and do it yourself which will help understand why things cost what they do.”

I am so grateful for the incredible customer service I received, including HONESTY! ♥️?♥️ The car service center down the street tried to scam me and charge me 1500$ for an oil and transmission leak, while Mr. Herrera told me all I had was a 200$ transmission seep that could be easily fixed and that I didn’t even have an oil leak!
