They do not know what they are doing or not aware of wellsfargo protocols, I came to this location to exchange some euros (bills not coins) since I had some left after my trip, ( I am a costumer here) there was 2 tellers and they both told me I couldn’t exchange my euros because I bought them with them(nonsense) I kindly told the teller (geriatric age) I called wellsfargo previously and they told me I could, but they just said no. I came THE SAME DAY to the wellsfargo on twin city, ( I had to drive 13 minutes to another branch) when I get there no questions asked the teller did the transaction, done deal 5 minutes I was out.

Absolutely the WORST bank there is. No one knows what they are doing, can’t help with simple ownership changes, know nothing about commercial accounts. What should have been taken care of in 1-2 days has taken weeks and we still don’t have access to our account, nor will they allow us to close it and give us our funds. Everything has been done on our end. Theft.

Had to open CD for a minor and had the most pleasant banking experience ever. Miss Melissa was kind, courteous, and very professional. Witnessed her interact with two customers prior to getting to me and each was smiling as she walked them to the door. Yes she got up from behind her desk and walked her customers out while thanking them and getting thanks from them. I am now contemplating opening my own account there.
