Scott Ferguson and his staff will ALWAYS receive my highest regards. They are very professional, cordial and considerate.My dilemma with my drivers license (and other thin cards) literally being consumed by my center console of this German-made car, had plagued me more than once. Scott ask “Junior” to take a look at it, literally at the end of the day and workweek.Junior, being the very skilled technician, that he is, not only retrieved my current DL, he was able to remove my old one, a loyalty rewards card and another card. Yes, careless of me to place those items there. I’ve learned a valuable lesson. Only complaint I have is if u release your car after being totaled and it's raining and ur not able to get ur personal items be sure to tell them u unrelease ur vehicle! Bc if u don't use that word they will release it! ??

Hi, my name is Patrick. I am a 2015 metallic blue Nissan Altima. I love to run in the fast lane. I am very well taken care of and no detail of my existence goes unattended. Several months ago I got hungry and T boned a Chrysler 300. It was my owners fault. It was my first accident. After a horrible trip to another body shop that left panels out of place and mismatched paint. I couldn’t run in the fast lane anymore. I was then left in the hands of Vins. Rick and his staff took really good care of me. They fixed me. My owner can’t tell what was painted and what wasn’t. In any light the paint is perfect. They did an amazing job and every detail was spot on. There is not another body shop I will go to. The work and customer service are second to none!Services: Body & Trim

This is the second time I have used Vin's in Nederland. Both times they have done great work. Both times they helped me in a way I don't think other body shops would. They went beyond my expectations this second time, making sure my Mustang was just like it was before the wreck. I had over 4k in modifications done before the wreck (not all were damaged) but they made sure to get the correct parts. I will always use this Vin's and defiantly recommend others. I know some people have made bad reviews but I don't think they understand how hard it can be to get parts and repair a wrecked vehicle. Plus no matter what some people are never happy with anything. Thank you Vin's for all your help! Hopefully I will never have to use you again unless it's for a cool modification on my Mustang.Services: Painting
