I took a package there that the Beaumont UPS rejected because the ink on the label was to light to scan. The helpful lady at this Port Arthur locations was nice enough to type the numbers in so I wouldn't have to go through a number of inconveniences to return my package.

went to mail a package & when I didn't have my DL with me, I was told I couldn't be helped because he couldn't put me in the system. what the ??? I took my business to the Flagship mail room. Got fast, friendly service and package was sent.
