“The rain we got in fromm the hurricane Baryl left some of our streets a little flood. I'm usually very visoulant to everything going on around me but this day I'm not sure where my mind was. Anyway traveling down 9th Ave at about 50 mph and the street went from wet to a swimming pool real quick. To make a long story short truck started sending me signals and codes. Everyone I spoke to said the computer was fried and most likely it would be totaled. Called Anthony @ Triangle off road and he dug until he found the real problem witch was basically water got in where it souldnt have and shorted out my pedal commander. He cleaned it up, removed the commander and a couple of hrs I was rolling again. This could have easily been a few thousand dollars or more anywhere else. Being that he is an honest guy and works hard to please customers and fix the problem at hand it didn't cost much at all. It's hard to find honest machanics but Triangle off road is where it's at.”
“Great service. Had a leaking tire on boat trailer and they fit it in while down personnel on a Saturday morning. Quick service. Honest and good workmanship. Even with tire coverage at a competitor they were worth it and will use again.”
“Went in originally for a punctured tire. Made aware that tire was also starting to separate and the other tires were wearing sooner than expected despite records of rotation. They rectified this with a reasonable credit towards another set. I did have to wait longer than expected but having the peace of mind with everything now set up right is worth that wait so there is much less worries with the tires from before. They showed concern about the safety of this and were a big help overall”
“The guys here are Great. No one else was here, and they got right on my flat tire. TPMS Sensor was leaking. We went to Firestone next door and got a new valve stem for the wheel. The guys were very helpful and informative. Come By, and Check them out, they'll fix you right up!”
“We have used the Nederland location years ago, but switched to Stagg Drive in Beaumont location since closer to home.We have been extremely dissatisfied the past 2, or 3 times in Beaumont so decided to make the short trek to Nederland.Dewayne was wonderful, even when he was juggling numerous situations.Not once did he make us feel like an inconvenience, or disregard our questions.Times are hard these days, and it I'd no different for us, than anyone else.I appreciate the empathy, and prompt attention.Thank you so much Dewayne.”
