Always new people(Cashiers) they’re always nice when walking into store.
The manager(Michelle) could probably keep people if she wasn’t rude to customers/staff and smoking by gas pumps any chance she gets, someone should speak with her concerning these matters use to be go to store. No longer will go there if having to walk out the store to here management being unprofessional.

Like the song says... I put a Shell on you.This is located in Nederland right by the highway, so when you're driving from Port Arthur to Beaumont you'll come right past it.It's right off of the exit, so if you're heading Northwest and you get off then it's right where you need it.The gas is not cheap, but it's usually somewhere around mid price and they do a pretty good job with their convenience store as well.We haven't had any problems with it and it's roughly the same price as the other gas stations in Nederland and in the greater Beaumont area.

My review is just for pumping gas as I have not used or gone inside their convenience store on site. There are 8 newer fuel pumps here that even accepts mobile pay! Four pumps are on one side and the other 4 are on the other side. It has a convenient corner location so it’s an easy in and out. It feels a little cramped, but patrons seems to manage pretty well. It is also right next to a 24-hour McDonald’s although they don’t share the same lot like one would sometimes see.

The elderly Caucasian lady is beyond racist she treats white customers great she slaps my hand with my change so hard I could sue shell company for having an employee assault me. this is every time I come in I said have a good one in spite of how she handles me everytime and she always says "yea I will" but is always nice to white people she might wanna be careful she gonna handle the wrong person lilke that one day and get hurt... won't be me to do it.. but she is asking for it

I like to stop here for gas and snacks. Lots and lots of snacks. A long time ago, somebody stole some fishing poles out of my boat here, and I never really got over it, so they lose a star. They lose another star because sometimes people that work here are sketchy. I wouldn't touch their toilet with a ten foot pole.
