AWESOME!! What a great team!! Everyone was very nice and professional. My salesman, Robert Thornhill, was super!! He listened to my wants and needs and made sure to find a vehicle that I liked without being 'pushy'. Cory Lunceford made the financial side a breeze. Me and My husband bought a brand new 2024 Palisade and we are so in love with the car! Joe made everything so easy and smooth from the start with communicating on eta of delivery of the car to the purchasing of the car! He found exactly what we were looking for, would highly recommend him, if on the market for a car. The whole dealership was welcoming and nice and made our purchase so easy!

Jason helped me make the right decision trading in my vehicle for a 2023 Tucson hybrid. I was only in town visiting and new I couldn’t pass up the deal. He was patient and friendly. I went and saw Joe this morning and told him what I was wanting to do then went back to work. When I got off work, not only had him and Kevin found the perfect car for me but they had me a better deal that I was thinking. So helpful, friendly and dedicated to making it happen for me. My engine was replaced due to a recall. The advisor gave me very little information about what was going on and when i went to pick up my vehicle never told me anything about what they did and when she gave me my keys i asked where my car was at and she said over there. The technician was great, very professional and very knowledgeable though.

Our salesman was Robert Thornhill. Robert was a newer salesman to Hyundai but was courteous and attentive. We had no complaints with Robert.Our finance man seemed forceful and not forthcoming. We had not agreed on finance numbers and were called in and told to sign papers without discussion of the interest rate. When we stopped him and asked him to explain it to us, he seemed taken back and was short but did explain it after we asked.The car was clean and prepared for us when we arrived to test drive it and fueled up before we left. There was a small chip in the paint and the dealership agreed to mail us some touch up paint at no cost.Overall experience was okay.

I’ve been using Philpott Hyundai since I bought my Hyundai in 2022. I’ve had an overall wonderful experience. The staff has always been professional and kind to me. I love the new facility, it is amazing and I like my car being serviced at clean facilities. As a note my last oil change and tire rotation a few days ago, I did notice my tire pressures were not adjusted. The rear tires had more tire pressure than the front tires because they were rotated without adjustment. While this does not warrant me to take a star off because this is a small issue and does not necessarily a reflect the company in whole. I do not know if the tech was in a rush due to being busy or simply forgot. However, I would hope this is noted because even though it is a small issue I would hope other small things are not rushed over or forgotten in the future. I’m very particular about my vehicle and when I pay for a service and it states on the receipt air pressure adjusted I would expect that to happen. It could potentially be a safety issue or cause uneven tire wear issues. Again I want to reiterate that overall I’ve had a wonderful experience and I will still continue to use Philpott Hyundai for my vehicle.

Everyone was so friendly from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Joe was very kind showing me the tech stuff in the car since I didn’t have all that in my truck! The manager even came out to chat a minute and wanted to make sure I was happy with the car. The finance department gentleman was very helpful also he went through everything with me and explained the all the options. This store has the best team!! Oh and nobody made me feel like I was being pushed into closing the deal like some other places did

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like we mattered. Meagan was our salesperson and she was excellent. We looked at 2 different cars and she explained all the features for both. We decided on the Hyundai Elantra N Line. The whole process was smooth. We weren’t pressured into getting something we didn’t want. Meagan went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Will definitely keep her in mind for future purchases and refer her to friends and family. Wonderful experience.

I came in from out of state to buy a car from these guys. Red carpet treatment from start to finish. Absolutely loved working with Mark B. He’s personable and professional. Philpott provided courtesy airport pick-up from IAH (1.5 hours away). Back home, the clerk I worked with at our Secretary of State’s office (DMV) told me she almost never sees title transfers go without any issues from out of state dealers, but this went flawlessly.

I took my car in for the sports button to be replaced and an oil change and I needed them to look at the sensor on my trunk because it is not working. When went to pick up my car I paid nearly $509 including the sports button, oil change, labor and a $44.oo service supplies fee! After I got ome I realized that the trunk is not fixed and it stuill does not raise u when you stand in front of it and I paid $44.00 for shop supplies after paying for the 5 quarts of oil, oil filter and labor! This is NOT Hyuandai Service! I have bought 4 brand new cars and 3 used cars from Phillpott in Nedrland and I have never been so dissapointed! I won't even mention how rude the lady was up front and the one who I paid the money too! The Service Manager was nice and he was very professional but his staff are getto and very unprofessional. They definitely do not make you feel like youer business is valued! I stayed a customer because NO ONE could beat Hyuandai Customer Service but I seriously doubt I will ever do business at this loacation or any other Hyuandai dealershi again! It is truly truly sad!

Dropped my vehicle off at around 8am I called back to check on my vehicle around 3pm . Crystal Castillo (Service Advisor) had yet to call my warranty and told me I could pick up my vehicle without service being done . Let me just say I do not get service any where else other than Hyundai Dealership (where I bought my car also) the quality of service has dropped so much since Otis departed. Crystal did not call until I drove my other vehicle up there and had me sit in the lobby and finally called and put the warranty guy on speaker for me to hear. After getting off the phone she stated she could not service my car until the next day or I could bring my car back in the morning again . I decided to leave it so it could get done first thing in the morning. For future visits I would recommend following up with the dealership for they are really bad at communicating. 2 days it took for them to replace 1 window motor and front brakes ,Otis they need you back .
