Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership!! They did not take time to look over my car to see what was needed. I let them know what was happening and they came back with 3 things that needed to be done. None of which made any sense to me. So I called them and started asking questions. I then got the blame put all on me and the lady did nothing but deflect any of my question. The list that was needed was an engine flush, TMPS sensor was bad and no oil which I was not due for an oil change for over 2,000 miles. I was done listening to her rude attitude so I hung up then called back and left a voicemail for the service manager who is awful about returning phone calls. I ended up going up there and talked to the manager in person. I was right, there was more that actually needed fix. Apparently the service manager claims he just got done looking at my car for himself and I was then told I need a new engine. My rods were bent. I asked and why was this not on my original paperwork of stuff I needed to approve or deny needed fix. He said well I just looked at it. So your workers clearly are not competent enough to figure out what is truly wrong with my car. He then said well I can turn this in to Hyundai warranty department to see if they will cover it. I agreed and the claim was denied. When I called to talk to the warranty department they explained that I was out of the window by a lot of miles. I think the service manager just put on an act to get me to not be so mad. While I was waiting on answers from them I did call around to other places explained what I knew what was wrong with the car and was told if you get an engine flush that can do more harm than good with how many miles are on your car. Makes me feel like they really do not know about Hyundais even though they are a Hyundai dealer. If you’re guys do not know what they are doing then maybe you should have more training for them because they definitely had no clue. I was supposed to get quotes on the engine repair I waited 3 of there business days before I called them and said I’m coming to get my car. They do not call back. I kept having to call to get anything accomplished or go up there. They are not trustworthy. My car is still messed up and all I think of what would have really happened if I did not call and question them in the first place.

My experience was beyond phenomenal! The team at Philpott Hyundai took such great care of my husband and me. Joe, Jason, and Jarret were incredible. They helped me turn an absolute terrible situation into a pretty great one. You could tell you were working with real people who have experienced real life. The amount of compassion and sympathy these guys used while working with me was absolutely amazing. I can not express enough how great they were. I would recommend everyone to go to Philpott Hyundai to buy a car!

This dealership is truly the best! From my sales guy Robert Thornhille to the finance director Cory , they made this process so smooth and very quick BUT efficient . Not a single detail left out that I asked for. Got me approved with EXACTLY what I wanted to put down , and lower mileage & lower monthly payments then what ANYONE has offered me. I don’t normally leave reviews , but in this case I had to . This was a pleasant place , with excellent staff & I’m happy I was able to do business with them!

I needed a key fob for my 2022 HYUNDAI SANTA Cruz so my wife ordered an after market one. She went to Philpott Hyundai to see if they could program it. They told her Sure We Can Do It. An hour later they came back and said that they couldn't do it and charged her $87.14. I understand that they charged for their labor but they should have told her that they wasn't sure if they could program it and would have to charge for their labor and not Said Sure We Can. If they would have told her that them she would have left. I called and left a voice mail for the Service Manager. He returned my call Wednesday( my wife came in Tuesday) and told me that he would call me back with a price for a factory key fob and programming fee and could deduct the $87.14 from the total. Here it is Friday and after several voice-mail from me to him he still hasn't returned Not A Single Phone Call! I Love my HYUNDAI and am about to buy my wife one But It Won't Be From Philpott. If they don't want my business at least return my phone call and tell me. I've heard good things about Philpott but this has not been my experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I just bought a used car from honest salespeople who showed me documents to back up everything they said. There was no high pressure or low dealing. They were professionals who still managed to treat me like family. Highly recommend them.

DeAnthony was wonderful, made the car buying experience fantastic. From the narrowing it down to which car I wanted and answering the questions I had to going above and beyond what most dealerships do and just making you feel like you had been lifelong friends. He knows how to treat people. Not to mention his manager Jason that was upfront with us and did his ability to work with us to the price we felt was comfortable for our budget. Also the finance guy Jarrett was fantastic. Never felt pressured to do something I didn't want to do. This was not my first purchase from this dealership and had an equal experience the previous time. I had worked out a deal in Houston for an Elantra, as that is what I had previously purchased and was pretty set on going to Houston Saturday morning to buy this Elantra. I had communication throughout Friday with DeAnthony. He seemed like a genuine guy and knew my experience with Philpott Hyundai in the past. So went in and the Elantra I wanted had sold. DeAnthony showed me other Elantras they had but I had looked at the Tucson also when doing my research and asked if we could test drive a Tucson before I made a commitment to the Elantra, because it was a good car. I knew that was the one for me and my families needs. Went in on Friday at 6:00 and was out around 8. Didn't have expectations of buying anything that day but so glad I did. Thanks for your hospitality and assistance that the entire Philpott team extended to us. I look forward to working with you in the future as well.

Everyone was great throughout the process. I told my salesman what I wanted where my payments should be, and my demands were met!!
My schedule was tight and when I arrived to do final paperwork, it took a bit to get started..would of giving a 5 star....great place..will never buy from anyone other dealership.!!

It was a great time that we spent a the dealership the presentation and advertising on Facebook that we saw from Mr Robert Thornhill made us to go with him and he took the time to listen our requests about the car after a test drive , he delivered and we got a new car a couple hours later the same day, we just felt so thankful for everything that the whole team did for us the finance manager sales manager and we left with a full tank of gas

Go see Joe Mace! His knowledge was impressive, he wasn’t pushy. Always had my best interests at hand. He gave me all the information so I could make the best decision. Respectful of my time. He found the car I’ve been looking for 8 month. Other dealers don’t come close.
