Good service, fixed my issues. Only complaint is that they threw all the stuff from my compartments into a box and one thing was a Aroma360 diffuser which was thrown in there upside down which caused the oil to leak all in the box and through the cardboard and onto my seat. The oil is empty because it’s all over my seat cushion and the diffuser no longer works because the oil got into the charging port and they are not cheap.

Would have been five except when 15 minutes after I left all tires were low and I have never had a problem with the pressure. I had to take it to discount to have them aired up. Very inconvenient.

Purchased a used Mazda from here (which was also a good experience) and in the first week started having issues with the radio and Apply Car Play connection. Even though they were not a Mazda service center, they attempted to fix the issue every way they knew how. Only then did they enlist a Mazda service center, bringing the car there to get fixed. Every step of the way, Jacey was communicating with me and was so friendly and helpful. I hope to not have any further issues, but if I do, I know we will be in good hands.

Initially went in for oil consumption test, which came back and warranty is covering the combustion clean out. Upon going in I did let them know that my car was having trouble cranking it. It would take a while before it turned over to start, my advisor Jacey said it was probably the battery and that she would get to them to check it out and test it. I had to come drop the car off because they needed a full day to test the battery. They ended up calling me back and letting me know that the battery was bad. I had to replace the battery at the dealership two years ago. However, upon getting it changed again at the dealership, the car is still doing the same thing. I asked my advisor Jacey to send me the test since they said they had tested the battery. I still have not received the results from it upsetting because then I’m basically just spending money on stuff that they think that it is and they’re not actually showing anything for it. I would try ink the mechanics would check out what was going on and not just go off what the advisor says. They wasted a few days 1 “testing” the next day they are supposed to install the batter and do the clean out. Well apparently the mechanic thought he was just installing the battery so it had to stay another day. Warranty did cover a day for a loaner.

Very communicative about how long the wait would be, and what step they were on with servicing my vehicle. Great service!! Super friendly!!

Brought my car to philpot and realized my jumper cables and two car chargers were missing. I was contacted by a service manager who claimed they would replace them if I took down my review on Google. He never replaced my items and did not call me back. I do not appreciate being lied to or my things being stolen

I was in crisis mode because my sunroof had decided to detach itself from my car, and the place that I bought it from, didn’t have an available service appointment for 10 days…I called Hyundai at 9:30 that morning, told them what was going on, and they had me set up with an appointment for 10:15 that same morning. They were so kind and so helpful the whole time. They kept me updated while my car was there through texts and had my car fixed and ready to go within a couple of hours. I will be bringing my car here any time it needs any type of service from here on out. 10/10 service ALL AROUND

Service & Service Dept were great. Just a bit disappointed in the maintenace contract I paid for ... since when are cabin filters not covered? Oil filters are covered. That additional $117 for cabin filters was very unexpected & hard on my budget. As far as my 2023 Santa Fe Limited Hybrid ... I do love the vehicle ... and as I said, the service folk are very nice & accommodating.
