Overall this is one of the best banking institutions in SETX and I highly recommend it to everyone.However, I find it absolutely infuriating that they have ATM/ITM machines that are capable of cash/check deposit yet refuse to enable that feature for members to use. This limits the members to only be able to make deposits when the location is open.

Best Credit Union ever! Everyone is so nice and always ready to help! I’ve been a customer since the Nederland branch opened and have always been happy. Opened accounts for both of my sons when they were in middle school and now they have accounts with their wives….it’s a family thing! We all love NFCU. They even go the extra mile to process the business deposits for our church just the way we need them!

I went in today yes I'm black so I stood there in line the only one.So the 2 girls working on the far right didn't have anyone.I didn't think nothing of it so I stood there thinking they maybe finishing a transaction.When I tell you a white woman came in and guess what the white girl call her right up in front of me so I gave them that look so the other white girl wave me up but you notice then had the nerve to not apologize and the white .... didn't say thank you when we finish never do business at that location again you 2 rude....are should I say prejudice girls...
