I made an appointment a month in advance to have my stereo checked out. Reverse camera stayed on from 30 second to a minute after I was back in drive. The display would come up black with just the icons showing and would have to push the radio icon for the display to show what station I was on. Some days it didn't work at all. Drop my truck off on a Wednesday afternoon. Y'all had it Thursday Friday and Monday. I get a call on Monday at noon telling me y'all replaced the display and my truck is ready to go. I show up Monday at 3:20 and my truck is NOT ready to go. I sat an hour waiting on y'all to come and tell me y'all need to keep it because its showing another code. I can't believe y'all had my truck 3 days and didn't fine this. NOT happy with your service at ALL. I guess that's why I don't buy any trucks from y'all anymore.

They damaged my vehicle and they don't care to fix it at all. My side mirror got punched back by their drive thru wash and left yellow paint scuffed on it. They don't care to clean it or make it right. I have made appointments a few weeks prior to this for an oil change and they failed to pick up my truck like they said they would. Once my truck is ready they say they will call well they never did. If it wasn't for my second free oil change i wouldn't come back. Managers don't care about consumers and it's sad way to do business. They also left their filthy oil filled sockets on my passenger seat.

My car is been there for more than 5 days. The second day that I was supposed to get it, they haven't even order the missing pieces to get it repaired even though they had my approval (also they need to call right) after I called asking for the status the lady (the representative) was so rude with me and didn't let me finish talking. She just told me that she is going to call me when my car is done. 4th and 5th day I haven't heard from her or neither someone from JK Chevrolet. The receptionist didn't intent to help me when I asked for status or to contact me with some managers. Many of the people there are rude and racists.

I've been at JK a handful of times and I haven't gotten straight answers, or good service. Last time I came in and asked whether a problem was covered by my GM extended warranty. The staff member did not seem the slightest bit interested in the issue and made me feel like it was a chore for them to try and find out. I had to proactively reach out to them for an answer, and was told no in a way that made me wonder if he even checked. Thursday I had a similarly unimpressive experience. My truck was sluggish in starting and getting worse. I came in because I didn't want to get stuck with a dead battery. The person who came out to help was nice, and said if I left my truck, they could replace the battery and change the oil. She put me with a service advisor who I told that I would be back with coupons from the JK website for the oil change and battery. When I returned, the service advisor came up and said she hooked me up with the 42 month battery. No one ever asked which battery I wanted, or talked about options. Then she sent me to the cashier and the bill was $330! The coupon was no good, because the coupon on the site was only for the "Silver" battery and she had decided to give me the "gold." If I had been provided with the option to get the correct battery, I would've saved $80 or more. Then she told me that I needed an alignment. I asked what the tech's concern was, and she said "it just looks like it has never had an alignment." Huh?! It was last aligned less than four months prior. I went and had it checked elsewhere. Why lie to sell some basic service? Why not ask a customer which battery they want? Or pick the best deal? I certainly didn't that battery, since I plan to trade it in on a new truck in a year or two. It won't be at JK. I sent them the above info in an email... they sent me texts and a voicemail response that never acknowledged my concerns/comments, but just tried to sell me a new truck! Hilarious/sad.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DAMAGED CAR TO THE COLLISION CENTER!!! I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD! Me and my husband have been lied to multiple times by the guy Monty White on updates for repairs on our truck. Our car has been in the shop for a month and a half (and still counting) when they told us that it would be two weeks! I understand that once repairs happen, the time can be extended if more damage is found, but he has lied to us over and over about the progress of our truck and promised us that it would be ready by a certain date and when that date hits, it is no where close to being done! Not only that, he told us that JK Chevrolet will pay for our rental car after our insurance coverage end date since the repairs have been taking longer than what was originally said to us. We would have returned our rental car but he told us that there is no need and the General Manager knew about the situation. Come time to pay for the rental and he acts like he knew nothing about it! A thousand dollars have been racking up on our rental car and we were reassured several times that JK would pay! This place is not to be trusted, they are all shady people.

Service department has representatives with no customer relations skills whatsoever! There were 4 reps and not a single other customer when I walked in to stark silence. They couldn't be bothered to look up from their cell phone or computer screens. This is the second time I've had no customer service with JK Chevrolet. I have to remember to take my business elsewhere so as to not inconvenience their staff. There should definitely be an option to leave a 0 star rating.

The jury is still out. I drove my vehicle in for service. It appears all they did was reset the check engine light and charge me over$200. Now, the light is back on and I can't contact service. Buyer beware. I will follow-up

Jk Chevrolet has the WORST service department I have ever dealt with. My new vehicle has been there for a week, for faulty headlights, and they have no clues on what to do. They will not even return calls, that includes the service manager. Now they want to charge me $115 for doing nothing. They suck... they don't even deserve 1 star

I purchased a new Chev Silverado about two months ago from this dealership after trading in my Hummer. Each person I encountered was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant...from the sales staff to the financing specialist to the manager. I would like to give a kudo to the body shop. Just recently, I had to have a small chip/dent on the edge of my front fender repaired. The cost was very reasonable and they had it done in about an hour...impressive! Based on my experiences I would purchase a car/truck from them again.

Only had good service until I signed paper work. Jk made delivery on a truck that had been damaged , I feel like they new it was. Paul and john lied and said their truck had more options than one I was looking at. Don't trust them.

What's this? A dealership with a 5 star review? Tell me it isn't so, well it is. This review is based on the experience I had in the service department during the first month of January. I got off of work at 5 pm thinking all of the Tech's were going to be gone as well as the service advisor. They actually kind of close at 5:30 pm I guess to get your car in there and get it started the next morning, good thing. Dana was my service advisor, she diligently took in all of my information including the important extended warranty that I had with my vehicle and called them the next day. My frightful thing is being out of town and having to get to work the next morning with no ride. Dana quickly got me wisked into a pee wee sized Chevrolet Sonic? but hey, beggars can't be choosers and by this time it was past their closing time. What brought this service over the top for me? The finally answer after me saying "I'm sorry for keeping you all here late, I know you all want to go home" before she said "There is no problem, that is what I am here for". What? No grunt? No groan? No "I'm off the clock" by the techs that were taking my car to the back? Well this is so not fast foodish if you know what I mean. Next day after keeping touch with Dana and bugging the Ford...I mean crap out of her frequently I was able to get my car out same time same place with only a $100 deductible that burnt a hole out of my wallet. One of the most important things to know if you own a STS v is that you do not necessary have to take it to a Cadillac dealer to get it serviced, a GM, is a Gm and a GM tech is a GM tech. This dealership is located on the West side of Highway 69 right down from "The Jungle", you drinkers know exactly what I'm talking about.

Jk Chevrolet and Subaru is by far one of the worst dealerships/service departments I have ever dealt with. Services and products paid for and "promised" upon purchasing a new Subaru have still not been delivered after 2 months of failed attempts. If your looking for an honest and fair dealership to purchase your new Chevrolet or Subaru avoid JK at all costs.

This dealership is top notch when it comes to automobile service. My car broke down on the way to Houston due to the drain plug falling out from an oil change place in New Orleans. They checked my car, fixed the problem, and had it ready within several hours. They kept my cost to a minimum and only billed me for what was needed at a good price. Randy was very helpful along with the rest of the staff. I truly appreciate their dedication to service and would recommend this dealership to anybody.
