    The jury is still out. I drove my vehicle in for service. It appears all they did was reset the check engine light and charge me over$200. Now, the light is back on and I can't contact service. Buyer beware. I will follow-up

    Worst service department ever! Have been waiting 4 weeks for parts that were supposed to take 3 days & no one will return my calls!!!

    Jk Chevrolet has the WORST service department I have ever dealt with. My new vehicle has been there for a week, for faulty headlights, and they have no clues on what to do. They will not even return calls, that includes the service manager. Now they want to charge me $115 for doing nothing. They suck... they don't even... read full comment
