I hate to say that I’m totally disappointed with the outcome of the flowers that I bought for my niece’s funeral. My 20yr old niece passed away suddenly. The thought of not being there as she took her last breath and closed her eyes is devastating. She’s my only child’s favorite cousin. That being said her flowers needed to be the best. Her dress and flowers would be the last things, that I would be able to do for her ever again. The day of the wake was the first time we saw the flowers and they were brown on all the pink roses. I put a call to the owner. She asked what did they do to them? I said I don’t know. Thinking what did who do to them. Did she mean Gabriel the funeral home? I wasn’t sure. She then said to me that she didn’t have anymore pink roses like the ones I ordered to change them out. I said I understand but can you at least change the ones you can. I asked her to go and look at them. She said she would. If she did go is unknown to me because I never heard back from her again. My niece funeral was February 10,2024. I purchased a big heart and a small spread for the casket with the bouquet. All the flowers look brown and aged. Unfortunately, I did not think to take pictures for I was and am devastated over the passing of my niece. But I’m sure some family members have more photos. Even though the owner was nice when taking my order, I wish she would have just declined if she didn’t want to do this particular order. My daughter tells me to stop beating myself up over this it’s not easy, but I’m gonna have to try.

Mrs Carolyn and her team were extremely compassionate people...went to two other florist that day that were closed and were supposed to be open...Harris florist came up with last minute floral arrangments...thank you Harris florist

I am in Mexico, and I contacted to place an order, the person who assisted me was very kind and very patient since the order was in Spanish. They helped me a lot with everything, it was very easy to place the order and the floral arrangement was beautiful, I highly recommend them.

My sister in law came down to Nederland for Mother's Day. She became very sick and was admitted to the hospital. My sister in law loved the bouquet that Harris Florist of Nederland, Texas designed and delivered, and the flowers made her feel better about being in the room.Harris Florist did a fantastic job on the bouquet and provided customer service that was far above and beyond my expectations. The employees I spoke with over the phone were pleasant, kind and patient with me while I was deciding what to order - even when I called them back a second time. I saw that their review rating was a 4.8, however, based on my experience with them they should be rated 5.0.Thank you Harris Florist for your outstanding customer service and I heartily recommend Harris Florist to anyone needing the services of a top notch, professional florist.
