“Good people but try to get you for every penny you have. bought a Toro personal pace last year. used it maybe 4 times. on 4th use it died while mowing and never started up again. cleaned air filter, changed air filter, cleaned spark plug, changed spark plug, put new fuel in. nothing worked. brought in for service possibly under warranty. nope. they charged me for a new air filter, new spark plug and carb cleaning. whatever I paid them for their time even though I told them I changed filter and spark plug and it was running till it died suddenly. get it home and crank it up, it won't idle high enough to even cut grass and is smoking like a freight train. bringing back tomorrow. also. Facebook won't let me give this place less than 3 stars. it needs 1 star”
