The part came in Tuesday for a bulb change on a bronco and they do not communicate. Parts was in Tuesday now One week later no 2021 BLUE BRONCO. Thanks Stacy for being fabulous at returning calls! (Sarcasm)

he saleman, who was not new, knew little about his product or the process. The finance manager was unhelpful after mistakes were made by the dealership. The GM had to get involved to straighten things out. Long story short, my husband and I bought a 70k commercial truck somewhere else.

I do recommend them but this last visit they did a poor job. Worked on front and rear brakes and the very next morning they sounded like they were falling out. Poor job of quality assurance.

I have them 2 stars their auto system immediately contacts you. I was looking for a good used car for work (cash) I called on Friday no one Called me back on sat I called once again no call back. On sat afternoon I saw the car in car guru I contacted through them I got a text and a email immediately I expressed my interest and asked if was negotiable, once again NO RESPONSE. I texted the salesman (Ableson) and called his office once again no response, how professional right? Obvious they don't need to sell a vehicle these people can't return a call PERIOD. Maybe if I were buying a new car or a 20,000 used car I was interested and buying cash so I guess I wasn't sowmdong enough, if sales can't return a phone call I can only imagine service after the same, PASS!!!!!!

I always have my service work performed on our trucks at Philpot. Their service department is top notch. The technician that worked on my wife's truck when we had to have the motor replace was very knowledgable and came out and talked to us each time we went to check on it. I think his name is Cory and I hope he is the one that works on our trucks each time. Stacy Moffitt is the assistant service manage that I talj to each time I go to get any type of work done and he is a great guy to deal with. I would recommend Philpott Ford service to anyone that needs any type of work done to their vehicle.

Made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at my appointment time 10:30 but my car sat where I parked until 11:30. Finally got my car back at 12:08. Tires where not properly inflated,no fluid in window wash, did not look like anything was serviced. Just changed oil and moved tires around. Not what I expect from a dealer I had used for many years.
