The store is always clean, IMO. I always run over when I need last minute items. Kathy, Ruben and the other folks always greet even when they are busy stocking the shelves. I've never seen this store in disarray. ?????

I bought some items and planned to use coupons for them and I accidentally put in the wrong phone number. This means they have to rescan everything. I apologized and mr. Paul was nice about it but the Manager Kathy was very rude. She acted super inconvenienced and threw my phone at me. She also typed at her screen super aggressively and when I called her out for being super rude she said that she wasn’t because they have the best customer service in the area. I said groves has really good customer service and this hurt her feelings so much that she told me to go shop there then. she literally kicked me out and would not help me finish ringing everything up.

A horrible place, I went in at his past Monday and the line was long with both cashiers there at both registers, I waited 8 minutes to be checked out. Once it became my turn the cashier that I got was very rude to me, her name is Sarah, I would never go back to this place ever again and it’s so trashy there anyway boxes everywhere things are all over the ground I wish I can give this place 0 stars I’m not sure why this place is still open anyway wouldn’t recommend going there anymore the family dollar in port author is way cleaner and nicer then this one you won’t have my service anymore(Edit/update on 8/20/22)I went back this past for the first time the other day in almost a year and a half later just to see if anything has changed, and it hadn’t!!! I was trying to find someone to ask where and item was and I couldn’t find, the customer service is Still horrible the store wasn’t busy at all and still had to wait a couple of minutes just for someone to come check me out, then when she got there she had an attitude with me, I asked for a manager but she “wasn’t there” this confirms that I’m definitely not coming back In the morning I’m definitely calling corporate and see what I can do I still wish I can give them 0 stars

I was greeted at the door, it was truck day and there were 3 to 4 employees putting up freight. All were friendly and helpful.

This is my go-to store.. I go to Family Dollar in Nederland every single day .. I've never had a bad experience here.. Ms Kathy, Bethany,& Sarah always have the shelves stocked and the store is always clean.. These ladies work their tails off ... I think they should be recognized for their hard work! Way to go Ladies.. You are appreciated.. I look forward to seeing you everyday!

The store Manager Mrs.kathy was very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. I called to ask a question about the return policy..She hung up the phone on me..When I called directly back, she stated she was busy, and didn't know the refund policy.I asked for her store# and she hung up again.. Frustrated I reached out to her District Mgr. Olivia who was excellent and willing to assist me. I have reported Mrs. Kathy to Corporate office to make them aware of how her behavior is a reflection of the company and unacceptable!!!!

Good Customer Service! Nederland Store is always well stocked, very neat and have items you can not find no where else.
