They were awesome and understanding in addressing all of my concerns. Hamza took extra time to assist me and was extremely kind. This by far has been the best experience I have had with tmobile this far (by phone/in store) in almost the past 15 years. I had a rough time on the phone this am with customer care and I was promised a scheduled phone call this am, which never occurred. This team is awesome in every way and tbh... they saved a customer as I was about to cancel services with you guys and pay my remaining balance. Kudos to this team!!!”

“Go in at 4 am on my way to work and girl working is talking to 2 men about personal life.... I asked about coffee and she said um I don’t have time to be makin no coffee. Like are we kidding?!”
“The worst experience ever. My first time going here. They were rude and the sales lady loused my order aaaaallllll up. I was clear on needing a queen bed set and a twin bed set. I chose a display queen bed that was “as is”. Paid cash. I then chose a twin set. She put me on a pymt plan for $26. (This was March). When everything was delivered, tell me why they gave me a big ugly king frame a queen mattress and queen boards though? Even a queen mattress cover. How did y’all even send me this bed? It wasn’t even assembled. I chose the assembled set….it was Queen. As is. They still haven’t fixed this issue for me. So I still got this mismatched combo. They delivered the twin set, it was JUST A MATTRESS. Let’s be clear now, if I wanted just a mattress why wouldn’t I just buy it out right like I did with the $1000 as is set?? Or why wouldn’t you upsell me? Just a mattress y’all? Really? I was the only one that understood what I wanted that day. I’m not sure what this girl had in mind. Idk how our wires got this crossed. I thought we were together on this. They said they’d fix this and still haven’t. So here we are, we missed ONE pymt because I’m trying to get some rectification. Are y’all adding the twin bed frame to the account? Adjusting the monthly? Nope instead y’all came to my house and basically tried to intimidate a minor into opening the door. A 15 year old. Who can’t conduct business. “Gimme my mattress you old enough to open the door”. Seriously?? I work the same hours of your operation hours. So I’m usually never home throughout the daytime. Business hours. Don’t know if they’re accredited by the BBB but I went to them anyway. But this was messed up man. Now I have a child with no bed and i got a queen mattress and a king frame still in my room”
“I'm leaving this review on the same day I was in store. I was helped by a very helpful guy named Micah F. I had a doozy of a problem thanks to some shenanigans that were invoked by Verizon chat / text support and apparently people who didn't know what they were doing at the port center. They get an F-. But Micah saved the day and my bacon by making sure my phone service was restored and got my mom's phone ported over finally before I had to leave to go back home to MI. He was very calm and personable! Also his eyewear was on point, lol. Thanks again, Micah!”
