Horrible. My daughter was given a rental car while hers was being worked on. A rock chipped the windshield and while she was in the hospital having a baby, someone swiped the driver side quarter panel in the parking lot. She went to turn it in, and get her car back not knowing about the scuff on the quarter panel. They made her file claims on her car insurance for a new windshield and a claim to fix the quarter panel. I get that this is policy. BUT...it's 95 degrees outside, it's 20 till 6 on a holiday weekend, and the insurance told her that there was no claim number yet and wouldn't have one until the middle of next week. In order for my daughter to get her car back, she had to pay $1000- $500 for each claim. When I went in to pay-the chick took her sweet slow time getting to me to pay. I have a newborn in the car, it's hot outside, and a toddler that is getting very antsy. She completely could have and should have handled this differently. To hold a car hostage until an insurance deductible is paid is ridiculous, especially since it's again, almost 6 pm and a holiday weekend. Poor form. Poor form. Do better.

Has always been very accommodating for my family and I. We used them while a vehicle was being repaired during the storm and as well as a van for a vacation. During the storm I was on the waiting list for a bit, but they came through like champs!

Very rude customer service just called and was very disappointed by the gentleman who answered the phone.
