Pam and Lu are the best. They always help out and take care of me. From assistance at the teller line to assistance with my business credit cards. Always polite and quick!

Standing in the lobby listening to a radio slightly off of the right station so I get really loud static and a viagra commercial, the Ulta, then I get to listen to static and Queen. And don't forget the banker talking down to an elderly person trying to as a question. Not very professional.

The people at this Chase are great to work with but if you rely on their atm's forget it! They have two and at least one is out of order every month. Some months both are out of order at the same time which is ridiculous. Nothing more annoying than needing to get cash and you cant.

I'm very satisfied I switched all my banking to Chase...every location I've been too, including this one, has been a very pleasant experience....the tellers are always very polite and helpful and for some reason the interior color scheme is easy on the eyes...kinda feminine there hmm....this location can get pretty busy so I recommend going at odd hours if possible.
