This is the only storage place I trust. They are in a great location, easy access for tenants,yet very secure and safe. It is a wonderful business. The rates are great and through hurricanes, floods and snow, nothing has ever been damaged.Dont use any other storage company!! Use Charlies!!

He was very professional with me and we did everything digitally in under 15 minutes to get set up. He has gone far beyond what is expected to be accommodating to me. It is a self owned and operated small business and I highly recommend Charlie's Mid-county Storage.

I’ve rented from Charlie’s for several years. They have been so accommodating and helpful. Property is always clean and no sign of bugs or rodents. Also did not flood in all this crazy weather we’ve had in recent years. I highly recommend this facility! Conveniently located, too!

I highly recommend Charlie's Mid-County Storage! It is clean. It is well kept. My furniture and belongings stayed in good condition and did not become nesting grounds for rodents as I feared. It is easily accessible and sits conveniently between Nederland Ave. & Atlanta, directly behind Mann's vision eye center. Also, it did not flood during hurricane Harvey! I know this because I moved in shortly afterward where I was met after hours and quickly moved in. I must say that the owner is genuinely understanding and a considerate person. I feel he would help you as much as he can as long as you do not take advantage of his kindness. I will recommend Charlie's to everyone! Thank you, Andrew!

The manager has been super helpful throughout our entire experience. We needed a place to put our things very last minute before a hurricane & he was flexible enough to get us spots to accommodate our needs. I’d absolutely recommend this place for your storage needs !

I paid cash , up front for a year lease . Was dealt with rudely. I never once opened the rental door. I had a health issue and never used the unit. I let the lease run out . I was compelled to put a lock on an empty unit. After my lease was up , a deposit was not returned . Reason being “ I hadn’t notified them that my contract was up. “ The lock put on unit was not unlike a jewelry box lock . Had to drive from a distance to satisfy their constant problems , pass word changes etc. I think it’s crummy
