I was having issues with my vehicles headlights, spent around 3 hours trying to problem solve the issues and these guys were helping me the entire time. I don’t know much about cars and they helped me understand things really well, stuff I’ll be able to remember years to come. With their help my headlights are fixed and my check engine light is no longer on! These guys are the best !

Very good service. Employee/manager went out of his way make sure i got what i needed and the assistance that i needed. He even asked to keep a screw that i didnt need or want so he could do research on it. Me or him never seen that screw in our life, it wasnt a torx or anything the shop had to take it off. But he went out of his way to use vice grips to take it off and gave me advice to replace them with a 10mm bolt so i wont ever have that issue again. Great customer service 10/10.

Got right in. Got my battery tested. It was bad. Got a new one plus some windshield washer fluid. Got out. All told, about 15 mins and around $300.They did tell me I could get it cheaper at WM, but I said, "I don't shop there, and I'm already here, so let's just get it done."It was just so easy and convenient. I was there around 8:30 in the morning, so there was no line, no crowd, no nothin'. I just got what I needed and got on with my day. Didn't even get my hands dirty. Seamless change-out. Worth every penny.

They didn’t have the specific item I was looking for that the website stated they had in stock. I was kindve disappointed but it was only for decor. The gentleman behind the counter was knowledgeable about where items specifically were in store so that was good. I’d say it’s time to take inventory and update the website & stock the shelves. Otherwise, great store.

Refused to change my battery because it was “too hot” and the employee didn’t want to go outside and “melt”. We are from out of town and had no way to change it ourselves! Very disappointing!
