Was in town for work and my daughter really wanted to get some mat time, coach P.Head accepted her as one of his own students and even improved on some of her techniques.Very knowledgeable coach, great with the kids, and very involvedThank you. ??

Was in town for work and was accepted in on a Saturday morning like one of his own students. We got some great rounds in and he really took the time to diagnose some things in my game I need to work on. Very positive environment and worth popping in if you’re in the area.

This place has been an incredible thing for my child. He has a hard time truly fitting in with kids his own age and prefers hanging out with his older brothers friends. Except here. Here he always comes home amped up. He may not always want to stop what he is doing to go, but he is never sad he went. He has more confidence in himself and who he is. It has been awesome to watch him change in the last 10 months. I am so glad we took advantage and tried it out.

The changes in my 6 year old since he started a month ago are awesome. His temper is more controlled, his attention span has gotten better, and his grades have gone up. I think taking him out of daycare and putting him in their after school program was the best thing I could have done for him.

I've been gone from jiu jitsu for over five years. Professor Patrick ,and the familey of Atos Nederland , welcomed me back to the mats in true jiu jitsu fashion. Couldn't ask for a better school or group.
