I've been a customer for many years now, and never had the first bad experience yet. Many automotive and personal loans, and hundreds of personal interactions in store. The girls always treat me like gold when I walk in, and know me by name. I try to do as much banking as possible in person, because the experience is always so pleasant. Many thanks to all the lovely employees who have brightened my day over the years.
