My go-to store for my animal feed, propane, and minor household needs. The store is constantly updating and growing their inventory. They just started doing the Texas lottery. There is home decor, jewelry, t-shirts, and hats to browse through while you are there. Oh and lastly. They also are a Uhaul agent. I would give DDC's more stars if I could. Mrs. Celeste makes DDC's feel welcoming and warm.

My grandpa drove 2 hrs and needed/scheduled to pickup a trailer at this location. When he got there they just so happened to CLOSE 20 minutes early!!! As a result of that happening he couldn’t get the trailer and tow what he needed back home! On top of all that we called beforehand to give them a heads up abt 15 min before my grandparents had go there that they were in their way. Just do better next time.

Oh my goodness. 10/10First and foremost the family that owns this place is so kind! We were 4 hours into a 6 hour trip on a Sunday and took a small detour to go to the Renaissance Festival.. Our car decided to have issues about 3 miles from this store. We drove very easy and slow to get here to be able to pull over without being on the side of the road(we had 4 small kiddos).. we asked her if we could fill a jug of water because we were having radiator problems. She helped RIGHT AWAY. I then came back in and asked if we could get our kiddos out and to stretch their legs because our ride/ and tow truck wouldn't be there for 2ish hours. She said that was fine as long as they were respectful to their BEAUTIFUL property. I said of course and thank you. She then asked what was going on and I explained radiator problems but we had someone to help but he lived almost 2 hours away. She said "my husband is handy let me get a hold of him and he might be able to help. He helped by finding what was wrong and saving $700+ on a tow truck. We had our family that was coming to help grab the part we needed. They allowed us to change the part and even gave our kiddos snacks and drinks.Because of all of this, we will make an extra stop everytime we go to the Renaissance Festival from now on.Thank you guys again. They have a bit of everything! Includes bait - worms AND minnows! Very interesting to shop in. Closer to us than Anderson proper. Nice souvenirs, great store when you need something. Very friendly people. Great job, DDC'S What'Cha Need & More!

We do enjoy the expected "Snacks/drinks" shopping here- but there is so much more! DDC's is one of my go-to's for special gifts, and even treats for myself-- like a bath bomb or new piece of home decor! Also, just recently needed U-haul services for a family member.. and was so blessed to find one available so close to home. I do recommend making a point to visit this great establishment if you're in the area!

Absolutely Recommend! The owners are genuinely kind hearted, down to earth people that we are lucky enough to now call Friends. We are so lucky to have crossed paths. The store has pretty much anything you could need and it's Local y'all.

I met Dan and Celeste just the other day. What a great idea, what a great place to shop and what really, REALLY nice folks. Home cooked meals, some farm supplies, convenience store and more just as the name says. They have quite a vision for their store and community. If you are passing by on your way to Gibbons Creek Reservoir or to Anderson from Conroe or Navasota or vice-versa stop in and check 'em out.
