I'm guessing the delivery driver can't read. You would think that the ability to read an address would be a stipulation of the job. Apparently not. This will be the 6th time that a package has been reported as being left in parcel locker, and it isn't there. Now I have to hope one of the neighbors brings me my package. You should pay my neighbors for delivering my packages and fire your delivery person.

Had some confusion with a package I was expecting today as it said it was being returned to sender. I was able to call the office and speak with Joy. She then called Laura, our carrier for route 4, and confirmed there was just an issue with the scanner and the package was indeed in my mailbox. This took five minutes at the most. Awesome service. Couldn't be more pleased. It was definitely 5 star service.

Mail man is lazy he places packages on the ground in the middle of our yard and sometimes on the automobile. Like really why can’t he bring to door like other delivery people. Reason why packages get stolen. As I was backing out of our yard The mail man literally drove all the way up behind my in my yard to stop me so he wouldn’t have to walk to door

got screwed. I got there at 4:15 they left already. 4:30 my a**. I needed to post make a package but there had closed easily. must be nice to leave whenever you want

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have had a few packages delayed (last tracking was at the North Houston sorting facility), but that issue is not the fault of the local facility.

Packages are never delivered on time. The reason given to me is because my Boston terrier and two boxers are terrifying. Lol. Complained to multiple supervisor with no results. Confined my dogs in order for my package to be delivered today, which was not, plus no tire tracks leading up to the house to even check to see if the puppies were out. This has been an ongoing issue with our mail lady for 6 +months.
