It’s just another mom and pop store and depending who you are, service is ok but not for me. So I left and went somewhere else that has service.

After my first experience I told myself I would never take it back there for service but I did anyway to give them a second chance and also because of there location.I paid several thousand dollars to fix things on my boat and majority of everything is still broke. I asked them also to help with other things as well but they acted like they didn’t know how.I’ll never go back there again. I wanted them to just be honest and fair with me that’s it.Now I will have to drive my boat across town to someone I know will take care of it even though this company is only 5 min away from me.Service: General repairs & maintenance

If you are looking for someone to work on your boat look no further! I called and spoke with the shop and they were very professional. Took my boat out and they jumped right in and started looking at it before I could even unhook my truck. Within a few hours they had quoted me a price and ordered the parts to fix it. Every other shop I talked to said it would be weeks before they could even look at. Don’t hesitate to give River Ridge a call.
