The cashier was the only positive at this location. 12 of the 20 pumps were out of order. There were two people in the serving area. Neither spoke. I told the young man my order, ge never acknowledged me. As he handed my order I thanked. Nothing from him. The barbacoa had not been drained, the grease made it almost inedible and the tortilla was old and tough. The sausage and egg taco was dry and tasteless. What a difference when it a Stripes and there was quality control and lessons in courtesy

This is one of the most disorganized, dirty, and dysfunctional ‘convenience’ stores I’ve ever seen.There was a “cash only” sign on the door (and multiples through out the store). Several signs on the ice - saying it wasn’t for sale. The shelves were in utter disarray - new product was strewn about the store waiting to be stocked. The bathrooms were filthy.To top it all off, the person working there was sitting of two stacked milk crates between checking folks out. As if there wasn’t PLENTY of work to do.Not a pleasant place to stop…. heck … WM across the street is probably better organized and stocked (and that’s saying a LOT!!)

I truly want to give this place -5 stars. It does not deserve good reviews. Every time I go, there are never hot dogs available for customers. Today, I stopped by, and all the beverage machines were not working.Seriously, corporate needs to send a regional manager to implement new procedures. There was a time 7-Eleven had quality items, but those days are long gone.

Mgr Kathy as well as another mgr who wouldn’t give me her name both hung up on me. I was hung up on three times. I asked for the corporate phone number as well as the owners phone number and Kathy would not give it to me. Kept being rude and hanging up on me.

Absolutely awful experience. Paid for 40 worth of gas, had to move pumps because of some screw up on the workers part and then the pump they put me was pumping so slowly that I had sat for 5 minutes and only got 0.56 cents worth of gas. I go back in to get my money back and am met with huge amounts of attitude as if i was supposed to sit there for an hour waiting for my gas to pump.
