The absolute best! Hands down, the service was great. We had broken down and needed to get our van to a shop. Showed up and gave our van a look to determine what might have gone wrong with it. If it only needed a jump, he was good for that too. I would have paid handsomely for even going that extra mile. On the way to the shop, conversation was good and put our tension at ease because we were in good hands.I highly recommend the service and keeping the number handy should I ever need his services again. Thank you for helping out.

Horrible service, Not professional at all. I have a new 2021 Veloster n and had a blow out on my tire. These people were sent out to tow my car thinking that they will do a great job. they didn't drop the bed all the way. Also they decided to drive the vehicle fast up the ramp crushing my bumper pinning my car and spinning my wheels. All they said was "it happens". then put in reverse then fixed the bed and now they don't want to take ownership for there mistake... I'm upset and this shows how bad of a company it is. No explanation on what they were going to do no policy given to me. They never took pictures of my vehicle or nothing and now I'm stuck with a damaged car.Service: Car towing

I highly recommend Lonestar towing, very professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. I've never encountered such an amazing service with towing. He's very understanding and works around your schedule. After a very difficult situation this place was heaven sent. They truly work with you and accommodate you to the best of their ability. He even volunteered and put air in my tire so I could make it to a tire shop. Best service I could've encountered!
