My car, a RAV4, had a yellow light in the console driving in SE Arkansas and we were far from Houston, TX, our destination. The closest Toyota dealer was Robbins Toyota in Texarkana. A Manager took care of the light in less than a minute; it was an Oil Change reminder. We didn't have to wait at all. That's great service.

Ginger Walker was great! Found us the car we wanted, was not pushy but informative. Good price too. Literally took less than 10 min to sign the paper work, she heard our desires and we did not get pushed into discussions after the price was set with finance guy. Kevin was funny and very efficient as well. The entire team have been helpful and friendly during a time where personal contact is so restricted. Great job.

Since transferring my 2014 FJ Cruiser maintenance from Fowler Toyota in Norman OK, I've had 2 unpleasant service visits with Robbins Toyota and decided to transfer my maintenance services to a Toyota service center in Shreveport, LA. The last visit that really motivated me to seek an alternate service center was based on the fact that I was experiencing hesitation when accelerating while driving. Robbins evaluated my vehicle and told me that I needed a new transmission at the cost of almost $5,000. Since that time, I have performed recommended routine maintenance by other service centers and everything seems great with my vehicle. Although, I must say that I was further impressed when I received notification from Shreveport and later receiving confirmation info in the mail about a Recall on my 2014 FJ Cruiser. Unfortunately, I never received any communication from Robbins, just a $10 off oil change coupon that was issued by regional marketing vendor. My FJ community neighbors suggested that I give Toyota Paris, TX a visit. They have had great services there. Today, in light of so many uncertainties, it is great to have a services center that works for me.

I had an issue with my software caused when Toyota pushed an update to Entune. It was a mystery. Kari, my service writer and Mike Cates my service tech, did an incredible job of staying on top of this issue and finding a solution after pushing Toyota for answers and keeping me informed along the way.
