Times are really tough with everything going on with US. Can you imagine if Walmart became a customer service leader by having employees check out their purchases, have employees that we get to know, have them automatically see seniors that need help and taking their groceries to the car and loading. I did my shopping, checked out and bagged my groceries, took them to the car and loaded them. Yep I could order on line, but it's important to get out of the house.

I have never been so wowed during my Christmas shopping experience. I worked with a rep named Brian. He listened to my story about making fruitcakes for my family, and he even listened to the ideas provided by my recipe instead of my initial thought of what I needed. He escorted me to the correct aisle for some unique bakeware that was found in the crafts section. Then, he went and found 12 individual loaf pans that included wrapping and tags. This was the best Christmas Present I had given in years according to my relatives. I have rarely ever experienced such a fine example of retail service and customer care ever. I never expected it at a Wal-mart. Brian ensured my business for a long time!

While I realize finding good employees is hard in todays environment. But I have to say this Walmart is the absolute worst I have ever been in, filthy dirty, the help looks unhappy, with a don't care attitude. With the cost of groceries it pains me to see everything in the vegetable section simply not being taken care of, everything needs water and it was obvious by looking that nothing gets watered there, it will all be thrown out. Glad I don't live here!

Kudos to William in the produce department! He had excellent customer service today when I was looking to buy 60 ears of corn and they only had a few out. He went into the stock room and came out with two cases for me to choose from. He had a great attitude and was extremely helpful! Thanks William!!!

I've been coming to Walmart for automotive service and every time is nothing but disrespect and a waste of time. I needed tires on a Chrysler 200, got the tires after 3 hours of waiting. When I went out to my car the rims looked like they were ran through a grinder. Without shame they parked it in the sun so it was clearly visible. The excuse was the wheels were put in the balancer backwards, but they tried to make it out like it was my fault. Recently I ordered 4 tires for a Jeep. The next day they called and said they had the tires ready. I asked on the phone if they had all 4 and the lady said yes. I went to go have them put on. After waiting 2 hours they put 3 tires on and stated they don't know where the 4th tire is..... I buy tires here because there a a little cheaper and they are right in town. I guess I will definitely go to a real tire shop for now on where the employees are trained correctly and professional and pay a little more to be treated fairly.

Avoid getting any work done in the tire center. Was told hour and half to get tires. Was there 5 hours. First asked about headlight replacement for low beams and they did not have part in stock they said after they unassembled light fixture Wouldn't you make sure you had part first? Also got a rude Manager who could have cared less about my situation To top it off when I finally left my car was shaking like a leaf. Went to a separate business who told me that the tires had not been balanced. Avoid Avoid A our,!

If I could rate zeros stars I would. This is literally the worst wal-mart I have been to. Most of the employees seem like they hate their jobs, especially the Electronics section. Can't even check to see if they have a item in stock. Mid sentence the rude little lady cut me off and said "we don't have it." She didn't even know what I was looking for. I hate this store.

A place to get in and get out as fast as you can. I have been saving more money doing the Kroger coupon app. instead of fighting the crowds at Wal-Mart. Their plant selections sometimes don't disappoint me.

Itza Wal-Mart. Takes FOREVER to walkabout for the few grocery items needed. FOREVER to push through the blank-faced zombies shuffling the isles. FOREVER to wait in one of THREE open and functioning checkout lanes. Wal-Mart....it perfectly exemplifies what's wrong with 'retail' in America.

Traveling with my family we had a flat tire. We called ahead to make sure that they would hold the bay for us - we needed air. We called again as we pulled into the parking lot and were told where to pull in for help. And even though we showed up before they closed they shut the door in our face. Worst service I've ever experienced at a Walmart. I've never had an employee treat me so rudely (mechanic with dark hair and a beard). We were told there was only one manager in the store. And when asked to help, the manager refused to even engage. I will never darken their door. 3-20-2016 5:57PM from "the friendly neighborhood store's" parking lot.

The most unfriendly, outright rude employees I have ever come in contact with. This store is stocked weird, over abundance of the most obscure things, and always out of basic necessities. And don't you dare ask for assistance, you will receive the look that kills. I try any other store to get what I need and only come here if I have no choice. Also, the pharmacy employees are equally as bad. Rude, accusatory, as if I'm trying to make off with my meds without paying. This whole store is a collective sigh, and an eye roll.

I believe the previous reviews about Wal-Mart being the "best in the country" are by Wal-Mart employees. I have been to Wal-Mart in at least 3 states, and Nacogdoches Wal-Mart is the WORST. This store is always out of stock of one thing or another and the cashier's are NOT helpful. I LOVE Wal-Mart, but Nac Wal-Mart is one of the worst I've been to.

The Christmas lay-a-way they advertise is very deceitful. You can only put electronics and appliances on lay-a-way. The purchases have to be picked up by December 13. You only have 14 days to return electronics. So you will have to return them by the 27th. Really? What a joke.

Time for an updated review for this store, and it's a F. The floors are semi-clean, and as you walk around the store you start to notice quite a few bare shelves throughout the store. While this store is busy, expect to stand in the check out line for up to 15-25 minutes. And those times are on the short side. It's like the General Manager and managers are letting a lot of things slide. I guess with all the negative press lately the truth about Walmart is becoming known to more and more people.
