Lonnie is extremely kind and a wonderful customer representative. He truly goes above and beyond to make his customers smile leaving the store.

Went to Walgreens today with my mom to get pictures and when we went up to pay a worker there, Kelly if i remember, said she SAW me take off a sales tag and folded it up. Before she even accused me we were in the skincare section and I saw a smaller CeraVe bottle was the same price as a the bigger bottle but the smaller one had a buy one get one half off and I showed my mom because the bottle itself was 18.99 and SHE took the sales tag off to see how much the original price was but it was the exact price and then she put it back on right after. When we got up to pay for the picture the worker asked me if something was wrong with the price that apparently I TOOK OFF and I said no and that it was still where it was and then my mom asked me what she was talking about since she doesn't know english well and i told her and my mom told the worker that she took off the tag. TELL ME WHY THE WORKER SAID THAT MY MOM WASN'T EVEN NEAR ME AND SHE “SAW” ME DO IT. She being stubborn and kept persisting that I took it off even when my mom literally told her that she was the one that took off the sales tag. After that the worker called her manager over and the manager told my mom that the worker told her that she saw someone take off the sales tag BUT DIDN'T KNOW WHO. Why blame ME if you don’t even know who did it. I’m not sure if her name is Kelly but all i know is that she looks to be in her 50’s and had very short gray/black hair. Walgreens isn’t even a good place their customer service SUCKS and they overprice things like 10x than they should actually be.

Don’t ask the pharmacy workers questions about medicine because it’s difficult for them to answer and clearly frustrates them to do that part of the job. Really bad attitudes in general.

Nice store with almost anything you could think of! Kind of pricey on some things though. Has self checkouts as well.

Rude Rude Rude! I was in today with my elderly grandmother. As everyone knows times have changed tremendously, and can only imagine how hard it must be on our older generation. She was confused about how the coupons work. She thought she could use the paper (get 7 when you spend $40) and receive is right then. I had to explain it a few times at the register. I understand that can be annoying for others around us. The lady working the register next to us (Faith said lead underneath) was talking about my grandmother the whole time to her customer. Saying things like oh my gosh and she just doesn't get it. It also wasn't only what she was saying but how. You could tell by her face and tone she was annoyed at the situation even though she wasn't the one helping us. I've never had someone be that rude to us. The guy helping was very nice and this wasn't his fault.

I have used Walgreens for years, but they were out of stock with my pain medication so I had to use CVS which was the worse experience I've ever had with a Pharmacy. So I thought I should give a good review for the Walgreen Pharmacy that takes care of me and has been good to me for years! Thank you Walgreen Pharmacy Employees for all you do!

I asked someone if they could help me find a certain size bandage in the cheaper Wallgreens brand. They came to help find it, and gave me some other options that were a bit cheaper using tape and gauze. Also the other day I needed help finding something and was helped right away. Both times they were very friendly! Thank you, it's nice to have this experience!

The customer service sucks. You try to call and they put you on hold or don't pick up the phone when it rings and rings. I had a prescription that they let expire because they couldn't fill it and didn't let me know.... 3 months with no help.

The lady in the front counter was very rude and unprofessional, even racist, she was literally rushing me and treading me like if I was ignorant, she even threw the things I was going to buy on the floor after I told her I didn’t want to buy anything anymore, due to the very bad experience I had! Horrible

Save yourself a trip. Worse pharmacy… as an experienced pharmacy tech myself. I have never heard of “not being able to fill a script at there pharmacy if not a current Nac Walgreens client”. Mind you, I’ve filled at Walgreens in Lufkin. Lufkin Walgreens is much better! Will continue to use them.

On December 29, 2022, the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023 (Public Law No. 117-328) (the “Legislation”) was signed into law, which, under Section 1262 of the Legislation, contains the Mainstreaming Addiction Treatment Act (the “MAT Act”). The MAT Act repeals and eliminates the Drug Enforcement Administration's (DEA) “X” waiver registration requirement, which was historically required for a DEA registration in order for a practitioner registrant to prescribe buprenorphine (e.g. Suboxone, Subutex) for the treatment of Opioid Use Disorder (“OUD”). While Section 1262 eliminated the “X” waiver, Section 1263 of the Legislation imposes certain statutory training requirements for prescriber registrants, which are broadly summarized as requiring prescribers to receive not less than eight (8) hours of training on the treatment and management of patients with OUD. The training requirements will go into effect on June 21, 2023; however, in advance of that deadline, DEA and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) are expected to publish guidance for compliance, which Quarles will continue to monitor. In response to the Legislation, the DEA Administrator published a notice to all registrants acknowledging the elimination of the “X” waiver and noting DEA’s support for the MAT Act, while specifically informing prescribers of the following:
