“My dog, Tha "Dukemiester" , Duke got hurt and they worked him in that same morning. I was able to leave him there and take care of some things I had to do in town.The Doctor was able to give him a good checkup and she personally talked to me about treatment. She said I could treat Duke at home, because I couldn't afford the surgery. I got antibiotics, pain medicine, checkup and a rabbies shot for less than $ 150.Well everything turned out great, Tha Dukemiester is just fine, all he has is a couple of scars, battle wounds, from the opossum brawl.I was thoroughly satisfied with the professional treatment and the exceptional price. My four star rating is as good as five. I believe everything and everybody can be improved upon. I never give five stars to anyone or anything.”

“I had a 8 week old puppy for 3 days. Was planning on taking her to the vet first thing on Monday but of course something always happens over the weekend! Saturday morning I woke up to her whining and her bottom bleeding. I quickly searched local vets and Ward is the ONLY vet in Nac that is open on Saturday! I went first thing in the morning panicking & with no appointment! They were able to see her immediately and calmed me down. They explained her situation very well and gave me steps by step instructions to help her get better. Monday morning, I cancelled the other appointment and called them to schedule a puppy exam and vacs. They were able to see her again that exact day and check up on her issue from Saturday! Everyone was super friendly and helpful! Needless to say we have found our fur babies vet! :)”

“Thank you so much for taking care of our 15-year-old beagle ??. Dr. Acuna and his staff are friendly, attentive, and really care about the quality of life and happiness of your furbabies. Our girl needed surgery and another vet would not do it because it was “high risk”. I was afraid I would have to put my girl down, but I took her to Eastex for an appointment and after evaluating her, they were able to do the surgery! She’s so happy and pain free now! The staff there is also so sweet and amazing…. I’m always able to call and get answers or a quick appointment if an emergency comes up. You are in really good hands here.”

“I take my dog here. Sure, it isn't the nicest looking place around but I have never had a problem with the quality of their work. I have found them to be cheaper than the other places, which I don't have a problem with ha. I came the first time because of their prices and I continue to go because I believe that the quality of their work is great. I have been to other vets around here, have not had problems with them either, they just were more expensive.”

“Dr. Acuna is absolutely wonderful! I was nervous when Dr Russell retired and Dr Stout went to part time. Using a new vet after all these years was scary, but Dr Acuna made me feel very comfortable. He is very caring about his patients and their parents! He helped me put my beloved Lilly to sleep after a wonderful 16 1/2 years with her and now is is taking care of my baby Bella. His office staff and his techs are just as wonderful! Wouldn't go anywhere else for my baby's care.”
