Very disappointed since it became Russell Cellular. I've had Verizon for over 10 years & have gone to the local shop to get assistance switching phones & transferring my info without being charged & was helped easily. Now with Russell Cellular, they want to charge for ever little help they give you. Verizon told me this should be free. I have to go to Lubbock to actually get this done now.

The young lady that helped me was delightful! She was the only one working this morning and she graciously helped four customers and managed to have all of us smiling. Best Verizon experience I have ever experienced! Kudos to her!
