This store is selling expired vapes at a discounted price and telling people they are not expired. I tried to exchange them and they would only let me trade for more expired vapes. As I left the store, the clerk suggested I go sell them to another store in town. Really shady business. Apparently only cares about making a quick buck. Did nothing to fix the problem. The vapes they sold me tasted burnt with no flavor, some of them were also clearly malfunctioning, battery kept going after done pulling on it. Clerk did not care, completely emotionless, no empathy. I had to wait forever for her to reach her "boss". They receipt even says that products can be exchanged within 48 hours if malfunctioning, burnt, leaking. Not true. Only gave one star because zero was not an option.

So I have shopped many smoke shops in the area and this is by far the best for service and cleanliness. Everyone is helpful. Christian always takes care of his customers and a great guy. Robert is very helpful as well. They now have a points program that enables you tooW z save and is great if you’re a regular customer.

After 2 trips and $50 spent, I still do not have a fully functional device. 1st mistake was as much my fault as the cashier, I did not check the size of the pod/coil combo to ensure it was correct for my mod. I returned, very apologetic to get the correct pod/coil combo. The manager assisted me and we ensured it was in fact the correct size,however it is only a pod, no coil. I will not return, I will just go back to the vapor shop leave with correct product in one trip.

Bought a disposable vape here and tested it as u was walking out of door. Immediately went back in and was told they won't exchange it because I walk out the door. I was literally outside for 20 sec before walking back in. They are better vape shops in nacogdoches.
