If you are looking for the unfriendliest Uhaul service in NAC, this is it!! We have a business that was interested in additional services with Bass, but decided we'd pass after this experience.Also, just an FYI, they charge an additional $40 fee for dropping off outside of business hours and they are closed on Sat & Sun. This was an added "gift" I haven't experienced anywhere else in town. Renting from any other dealer in town is highly recommended.

Literally the nicest man. Needed a last minute trailer to move our daughter home from college. Even set us up with a hitch. Best experience with Uhaul ever!!!
