“They all were very friendly & helpful. The young man( owners son. I didn't catch his name) got right to work, changing the headlight bulb on my Jeep, only to find out, I had bought the wrong one. He put everything back together & I went to get the right part. As soon as I drove up, he was ready to start all over again. Had it fixed in no time. All with a smile & friendly conversation with this old lady, lol. If I lived in the area, I would gladly return to this shop.”

“Was driving the Jeep from Texas to Arkansas and hit a piece of debris in the road that punctured my tire. Was in a bind and took it to Cook not knowing anything about this shop . They had me on the road patched up , pumped up, and ready to go . Enjoyed the rest of my trip in the Ozarks without a hitch and it wouldn’t have been possible without the guys at cook . Not from the area but you’ve earned yourself a customer .”

“Just left here, these guys were fantastic, placed a tire patch very quickly, they were very direct and clear with me, which I really appreciated. It also appears to be a family business and I always wanna support those. Highly reccomend, cost for the patch was $12 cash or $15 for a card.”
