I have used Rick's services countless of times ever since i got my first car in high school (2017) lol! I appreciate the fact that he takes the time to explain the situation. And in return gives you 100% professionalism. I've always gotten a fair deal. Never had any issues with his work. I highly recommend him and his crew if you need anything mechanically fixed.

Just found the place I am going to be taking my cars to from here on out. Had them replace an AC compressor that went out a month later, no fault of the car doctor, it was just a defective part. Usually in a situation like this I have to fight with the shop to get them to do anything even though the part was under warranty, but when I called the car doctor he remembered me and said just bring it on in and he would take care of it. And can you believe I got it back the very next day.! I thought I would at least have to pay for the serpentine belt that broke but no charge. I’m very highly recommend this shop,

Just found the shop I'll be using from here on out. I got an AC compressor put in, but it went out a month later through no fault of the car doctor, it was just a defective part. Usually in a situation like this I have to fight with the shop to get something done though I'm within warranty period but The Car Doctor said to bring it on by and he will take care of it, and can you believe I got it back the very next day! I thought I would at least have to pay for the serpentine belt that broke but no, come pick it up, no charge. No wonder their ratings are so high on Google and social media. I very highly recommend this shop.

I wanted to get my son’s car checked out to make sure it was safe and in good condition before he went off to college. I got right in, the owner was very nice and treated my son like his own family member. Thankfully nothing mechanical was wrong and we just needed to top off fluids and get an oil change, but he took the time to provide my son with advice on making sure the oil has a certain chemical in it as well as telling him to make sure the best tires are on the front, as it is a FWD. I’ll continue to use him and would recommend him to anyone. And the price was more than reasonable!Services: General repairs & maintenance

They had the truck for 2 weeks. They couldn't figure out the problem. They left the truck outside of the fence for us to pick it up, the keys were in the ignition and the doors were unlocked. We have a spare key.

This place is absolutely amazing. I have taken my car up here multiple times and everytime I have taken my car up here they have done maintenance on it in a timely manner and does the best service everytime. Tim is the nicest guy ever he is very respectful and is always open and honest with me everytime I have a problem with my car. I wouldn’t trust any other mechanic shop in Nac this place is the absolute best. The service is a 10/10!
