Just randomly looked at my bill today and seen a charge that should not be there. These guys took care of looking at it and doing an investigation on reimbursement. While looking at my bill they saved me money on new bundles.

My Internet has been down for almost a week. Took three technicians to come out and now it will take another week to order parts. Reaching customer support is nearly impossible and their online bill pay keeps wanting to redirect me to English, which it already was on English. My service has gone completely down hill since Optimum took over Suddenlink. There is a new service in town and I cannot wait for them to lay fiber in my neighborhood so I can leave this garbage monopoly of a company.Edit: It's absolutely pathetic how Optimum wants to publicly save face by replying to everyone's poor review.The frustration, loss of money and time has already happened, you cannot fix that. Fix your customer support and service before it gets to this point.

Unable to get service where we live, even though we were told it's been serviced in the past. The person who helped us was very dry, no smiles or friendliness in her voice. She didn't seem to care we were potential new customers, and couldn't give us any answers to our questions.

Been with the company over five years and the people on the phone are rude and are not trying to help if your a lil late. 130.00 a month for internet is absurd. So I'm thinking of going to Metro which is 55.00 a month tax includes. I can run 15 different devices on the modem and it doesn't slow up. These folks want even give an extension. Im trying to get it where it's affordable. They are not trying to help.

While I had the service, it was unreliable most of the time. When I decided to swap to Vexus (who I recommend for internet, btw. More reliable for less money), Optimum gave me thirty days to return their modem or I would be penalized $115. Fair enough, I returned the modem 3 days before the deadline. They penalized me anyway, and have been dragging their feet to pay my money back ever since. Called them even, and they said it would be back by the 21st of this month. I'm writing this on the 22nd, and the cash still ain't there. Honestly, glad Vexus is giving them competition in Nac so that they actually will have to improve their services, or dry up.

They stuck me with a $150 bill when the complex took over internet. Each apt was paying individually and the apts must have made some deal with them so that everyone had to pay for internet through the apartment complex. I moved the month the changeover happened. So not only did I have to pay for $55 through Chevy Chase, but I just tried to set up internet in my new place and they said I had a ‘small unsettled bill’ of $155. Definitely won’t be going with them again!

Easily the worst internet service I’ve ever had. The only reason they exist is because they come to smaller towns where they have a monopoly on internet usage. I pay for the 1 gig internet and it’s still so slow I couldn’t even message the technician back in the chat today to tell him to take me back to the $60 a month plan that I already had. Saw zero difference after being told an upgrade would solve my issues. Rude staff and terrible internet.We currently still don’t have the $85/month wifi we pay for because it’s just decided not to work anymore. They’re going to bill me for the whole month anyways. Save your money.

Worst service provider I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Internet service is unreliable, the will charge you for using their equipment for months after you've returned it, they're rude and will try to overcharge you at every turn. They raise prices while lowering their quality constantly.I cannot wait until vexus drives this company into the ground where it belongs.

This is the worst internet provider possible. Service is always out and when they do fix it it lasts about a day then it goes down against I’ve had to call them for repair 6 times in four months
