Terrible experience, I went there based on a recommendation from another person while at a different vet and was VERY disappointed and uncomfortable. First I went in and they had me put in a room by myself where I was left there for a very long time even though I was the second person there and I had an appointment. It felt like I was forgotten since I heard multiple come in and taken care of before anyone even came to check on us. My dog is extremely friendly to people and other animals plus he was barely even a year old when I brought in for his shots but everyone kept treating us like he was being aggressive. The whole experience at that point was super uncomfortable and had my anxiety through the roof so I'm pretty sure he was picking all of that up. When I finally see the vet after almost 2 hours of being there, he was SUPER judgemental about the fact that he wasn't neutered and said that even if I neutered him he'll still be a good guard dog. I didn't get this dog or train him to be an aggressive dog or a guard and he had been super sweet and excited to see everyone so I don't even know why he would think that if I didn't bring it up and I hadnt had him fixed at that point because I didnt have the funds. When I corrected him on what breed he is he looked at me like I was an idiot. I got him from a coworker and I've seen his parents. I would think I would have a good idea of what he's mixed with which wasn't pitbull or a GSD. The only time he really started to get aggressive was when they tried to cut his nails which was weird to me because I had been taking him to the groomers and had his nails clipped and every time I ask about how my dogs did they tell me they were all super sweet so at that point I just assumed he was picking up all of my feelings and acting out. Needless to say I haven't gone back and will never go back.

Let me just say there is a lot of empathy I lost my chihuahua of 10 years by my side every day and I lost her in there as I was worried about her having like a seizure and there was nothing we could do the doctor just let me scream and get down on the floor and up and down up and down but he was the best in the on his work their workers there just excellent and I wouldn't go nowhere else the manager at brookshire's gave me this little chiweenie that I have the picture there of and I know she's going to give me many years of happiness

Called at 1120am was refused service because vet left at 1130 they closed at 12 today and they wouldn’t help with my dog at all. How rude and unprofessional and I intend on reporting this negligence and lack of honor or duty to serve as a vet I hope they pull his licenses.

My Husky Noah had his first visit with Dr. Garner today! He took his time and explained everything to me and made sure I understood. We are very pleased! I left feeling more confident being a first time Husky Mom! The staff were so friendly and sweet to my baby! Thank y’all ?
