My husband and I were looking for a very specific camper. The store in Nacogdoches did not have one, but BB pointed me to Cleveland. My husband and I went and looked at the camper. We wanted it. But the store wasn't willing to negotiate much. We reached back out to BB at the Nacogdoches store and they were able to negotiate on our behalf. AND was able to bring the camper to Nacogdoches so we didn't have to drive back to Cleveland. And there was NO CHARGE for this service. When we picked it up, Brandon walked us through it answering all our questions. And if he didn't know the answer, he honestly said, "I don't know" instead of giving us some answer that wasn't true. Richard helped us sign our papers to get out the door as BB was helping another customer. Great customer service all around! We appreciate ALL the help! Hopefully this is our last camper, but if it isn't, we will head back to RV Station Nacogdoches.

Exceptional! I went there without an appointment while I was passing quickly through Nacogdoches for a problem changing my oil in my generator. Another garage had stripped the bolt allowing me to change it and told me to go to the generator company to solve this situation. Robert and his team took me on the spot. The were all so nice and understanding. I am very thankful for the amazing service they gave. I never comment on Google, but I was so impress. Rarely have I see such good service from a garage. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I bought our RV from BB at Rv Station.
