Very interesting how this business got started all of these years ago, but i'm sure what they are not telling you is how the owner stole customer names from his previous company. Theft of trade secrets. It's what the FBI called it, which they were called in to investigate. They did contact him and he did admit it. He also admitted he had others helping him copy down the names and send out information to the customers.Names that he stole so he could start his business. The only reason that they were not prosecuted. It's because the former owner of the former company declined to because he did have a good heart.Unlike the owner of this company.
Have a great day

The crew at Quality do a great job at a great price. These guys are my go to for questions, equipment/supply purchases and repairs I can’t do my self.

Highly recommend this place. My parents needed help selling their RV because it was too much for them at their age. He gave them a good offer and even drove hundreds of miles to pick up their RV. The whole transaction went smooth and it really helped them out a lot. I would have no hesitation doing business here. Thank you for everything.

Professional customer service, I thought that was gone in this country, Best price in the whole U.S. We drove from Washington to Texas to pick our trailer up and still saved thousands from purchasing in Washington state. Thank you again for treating us so well.. We will have years of fun with it.

Had some upgrades and repairs done on my fifth wheel almost a year ago. They are holding up very well. Jesse was very helpful in communicating and keeping me up to date along the way. Will be using them for any other needs in the future.

I needed a couple of pins for my 5th wheel - they had them & they were priced well. I've not shopped trailers with them, but I wouldn't be opposed.

I bought a new 5th wheel camper from Quality. They required me to wait 2 days before picking it up so they could pull it in their shop to make sure everything worked properly. Then, I was required to schedule an orientation that would take 2 hours to show me how to use everything in the camper. Unfortunately, my orientation was done by a guy from their shop that knew as much about the camper as I did. A month later, I took my new camper to Sam Rayburn for our first camping trip only to find that not everything worked in the camper (the most significant being the refrigerator is suppose to automatically switch from electric to propane when you lose electricity, but didn't because of air in the lines). I called Quality to let them know about the issues & see if they could send someone to fix them, but they couldn't (or wouldn't) send anyone. Instead, they told me to bring it in. I explained to them that I was camping for 14 days and had spent a couple of hours setting up our camping spot, but they either didn't care or understand my frustration/situation. Instead, I was told not to worry because I had plenty of time to bring it in for repairs (because I had a 1 year full warranty on the camper). We finished our camping trip on a Sunay, but Quality is not open on Sunday's (couldn't drop it off for repairs). I live 35 miles from Quality so it's not a simple task to run it back by there. Oddly enough, a couple of months later I was having lunch with a friend of mine. He took a phone call that I could hear. It was Quality sending a service tech to repair his RV in Center (which happened to be about 2 miles from my RV). I quickly called to see if the tech could repair mine also, but he couldn't (I'm not sure why). I continued to try and schedule a trip to take the camper to Quality, but our schedules didn't align. About 13 months after purchasing my camper I was able to align our schedules and get the repairs made. You can imagine my dismay when I was charged over $300 for the repairs. I called Quality to ask why I was charged and was told the camper was out of warranty. I explained that they repaired the items that were from my original purchase and I had continued to work with them to try and get them repaired in a timely fashion. They admitted they recalled our numerous conversations and attempts. I was told that the camper came from the factory with the defects and it cost Quality to make the repairs. So, instead of Quality making the repairs at no cost to me, they instead charged me to repair factory defects to a camper I purchased from Quality in good faith. What was the point of me waiting for 2 days while they "made sure everything worked" when they obviously didn't? I could go on with more, but you get the point. It's sad because the people at Quality are nice, but are oblivious to what I consider to be good customer service. I have friends that have done business with Quality and had a good experience, but mine was not. I hope this post helps Quality improve their customer service/business model.

Quality RV had the exact unit we wanted with all the upgrades already installed. The interior was the color we wanted. And the price, well they came in $1000's under the larger dealers in Dallas, Houston and Ft. Worth. The larger dealers were $4000-6000 higher and that did not include the cost of the upgrades we wanted.

These guys are awesome. I had a warranty concern and called them. They got the ball rolling right away. Jesse ordered the new part right away and Matt and Anthony showed up with smiles on their faces and a genuine eagerness to perform a quality repair. John went out of his way to help make the whole process a piece of cake. I would definitely recommend Quality RV not only for their vast selection of products but for their customer friendly way of doing business and their positive and helpful attitude. They've got my business from now on!

I was told my new RV would be ready at a certain time, I drove 2 1/2 hours with my trade. I told to go around back and just unload it somewhere's on side of building. I had to search around for something to chock the wheels so it wouldn't roll down the hill and something to put on under the tongue jack since the ground was not level. to my knowledge no one even looked at my trade in. In the meantime the new RV was not ready for almost another hour not the time I was told. When I did the walk through as soon as I walked in the door you can see plain as day the wood panel on side of the sink counter and refrigerator wall was warped really bad. I asked about it and the service guy tried nailing it to a stud which didn't work. He asked Jesse to look at it and said it would take another hour to fix it. So I have to bring it back when I have more time to get this repair done. My biggest upset is the service man is the only person that said he appreciates my patience and thanked me. One of the sales men who did not have anything to do with my purchase said congratulations on my new purchase. As for my sales person and the lady that did the paperwork said nothing to me except keep the pen you signed the documents with it's yours. If you are looking for a business that cares about you and your purchase, it's not here.

Couldn't be happier! Went in to look at a specific trailer and walked away with a better trailer for the same money as another dealership. Great service and priced right. Had extras put on and recieved great time frame. They even hauled my other camper to my house for a reasonable price. Thank you

I have bought many things over the years but these guys made this one of my best/easiest transactions. I am from Florida and wanted a specific make and model of camper. I looked on the internet and found that Quality RV had the one I was looking for. I called and spoke to John. We came up with a fair price. I told him I was driving from Florida so he made sure the camper was inspected and ready the day before I got there and filled my propain tank and my fresh water tank and made sure battery was fully charged. We completed the paper work and off I went. Dry camped half way to Florida with shower and all with no problems. can't say enough about the quality of care and the understanding they had of my transaction needs. Great place and great people!!! I hope I see them again one day.

Stopped by to look at new fifth wheels. They sent out a technician who was very nice but couldn't answer a single question we had. Went inside to visit with staff and they couldn't stop looking at their computers or taking phone calls while we were standing there. They had a cash customer standing there wanting to look a luxury fifth wheels and it was if they didn't even care we were there! We went up the street and purchased from someone else.
