Just want to give a huge shoutout to the man who I believe is the manager at the petsense in nacogdoches! I brought my puppy in for a nail trim today (he is not a fan of that process) but he made it so quick and easy that my puppy was very relaxed throughout the whole thing! The nail trims are so reasonably priced, the staff is always so loving toward my boy, and we will definitely be coming back for nail trims in the future! Thanks, petsense :)

I recently had bought tetras and upside down catfish from this location and ended up losing the two catfish and some tetras due to stress of them being sick when I bought them I called to ask what could be done and was told some could be refunded and to bring in a water sample. So I brought in a water sample she tested it and nothing was out of the ordinary I have a 10gal been cycling for a month or more with active substrate and live plants for context. She then proceeded to tell me if I didn’t keep the dead fish they couldn’t help me never in my five years of fish keeping have I been asked to keep the dead fish. With the total being 35$ lost for the fish that died and it being proven it wasn’t my tanks fault shows how they just didn’t want to have to refund or replace the fish that died. Overall will not be going back to this location or helping fund this business they never said that was their policy and even over the phone told me something completely different !

My 37-year-old nephew and I went to the store to buy some fish for my new fish tank. Not one person there was friendly they acted that I as a customer was bothering them because they had shelves to stock. When I asked for help I was looked at like are you serious help yourself I was treated rudely and disrespect even my nephew turn to me and ask me what's wrong with these people they're so disrespectful I would never recommend going there I will never go back I will travel to Houston first to buy my fish they don't have anything anyway and besides that when I mentioned in Lufkin PetSmart they left and put it down.

They are always willing to help you and help you put it in your car when most places will not even do that. They are so courteous and kind and helpful

Ive been a customer of Petsense for at least 10yrs now but now im being told that my free bag of dogfood that comes after 10 bags bought will not be counted unless they were all bought during an 18month period. The obvious message i think is that they are really pushing us to buy larger bags so when you shop there, youll never use enough dog food in etime to recieve the free bag. If you are reading this and you are having the same problem im having...i urge ÿou to buy smaller bags when you shop at your local Petsense, to be able to recieve what they openly advertise as an incentive for bùying the brands they carry. I on the other hand AM pleased with the dog food i i do recieve. Taste of the Wild Sierra Mountain with rosted lamb. Just wish there was better customer service.

He also showed us tips on how to use nail trimmers and told us about a deal they had on treats. I like going to places where the staff seem to really enjoy their job and helping people. Thanks for being awesome and spreading that energy.

I brought my sister's cat in for nail trimming. I was very impressed by the way two staff handled the cat, who was known to be aggressive. I definitely recommend them for having an experienced and gentle staff.

Great customer service. Came in at 10 minutes until closing and assistant was helpful to get everything I needed including personalized dog tags.
