Waseeb was an amazing help!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience at Metro on North Street in nacogdoches Texas. Very helpful, great customer service, and very savvy in his work. I give him a ten all the way around the board!

I went here to get iPhone because my phone didn’t work and the staff told me that I have to pay full price with the smart pay and I asked why she couldn’t explain. Instead she called her manager so I left because I didn’t want her to call the police stating I was trying to steal something because I’m black.

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. I went into the MetroPCS location off North Street in Nacogdoches to get myself a new cell phone. I have been a loyal customer of MetroPCS for many years. I was assisted by the store manager, and Shalquat the owner. I clearly explained that my only two must-have criteria for my new cell phone is that it matched my old one with memory- therefore a minimum of 128 gbs or more, and that it had a good camera on it. They blatantly misrepresented the iPhone 11 and said that it met my criteria and talked me into buying it. Two days later, when I went to start downloading all of my apps and such, I was dismayed and frustrated to find that it was actually a 64 GB. I called and spoke to owner, and instead of offering to help me with the situation and he argued with me and just kept going on and on about how superior the iPhone is. I told him that had they been honest and told me it was only 64 GB I would not have bought the phone no matter the features and I would like a refund/exchange so I can get a phone that satisfied my requirements. At the end he said "no returns on upgrades" yet I was DOWNGRADED in quality and size. Throughout the conversation, he was rude, argumentative, and frankly did not give me any confidence that he would try to resolve this situation for me and never did. Every day since I've attempted many avenues to rectify this situation. I started out nice, now I'm angry. I've been LIED TO AND MISLEAD and the owner is such a coward he won't even talk to me himself and forces his employees to pass messages. In process of filing a lawsuit against them now. NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS STORE.

Definitely not the store you want to deal with on a regular basis. Very rude and don't stick to the price they tell you.

Keykei is the most polite and professional lady I have come into contact with in years. She answered all my questions fixed all my problems and made it look so easy. This ladie is 100% cell phone guru. She is a valuable asset to this business. Give her a raise and a praise. God bless you keykei. Your our angel. The home internet Tower and the portable Metro T-Mobile device only works half the time you never get to watch all your streaming channels so you pay for things you can't watch I don't know what is wrong with the electronics on the home internet Tower and the portable device but they're not working properly and never have since day one and no one wants to do anything about it except take a name and a number and no one ever calls back in my opinion this is not professional business. I have left several messages and I have not gotten one phone call in return. 3 days no phone call I call to to to a Mgr they said I just missed her. NOT RELIABLE.

They sold me a phone that was damaged they wouldn't take it back they wouldn't refund my money they were rude I would not do business with them. As far as I'm concerned the people at the North Street store Stole My Money do not do business with these people. Sarah the store manager was the absolute worst. I had to give them one star to leave a review but they really deserve zero Stars the regional manager said he would get in touch with me but has not. Don't do business with Metro T-Mobile.
