The driver that towed my truck to a different shop , just opened the door didn't put his feet on brake to place my loose gear shift to but the truck in park, stood outside the truck and snatched my gear in park,,is that rude or what??????

Bobby was assigned to me by AAA. Car was stranded 55 minutes from him and a storm was quickly moving through. He kept in touch with me, and wound up headed toward me when trees were downed across the road. He kept me informed and stated I may want to find someone on the other side of the blockage, that the clearing was going extremely slow due to power lines down. He helped me locate another company and stayed heading my way waiting for the road to clear. Just as the other guy pulled up, Bobby texted and let me know they had cleared the street. I profusely apologized and he said he understood. He was glad someone was able to help me. Thanks Bobby, for your help and concern. It’s people like this who keep our nation moving.

Wow, just a fantastic experience! Our Equinox was dead. I took the battery to AutoZone and they tested it saying it was 96% and a solid charge and suggested it was the alternator. I even tried to jump it with cables to a Tundra. No dice. Called AAA and Jinkins promptly showed up. He was able to boost it and had it pulled on his flatbed. He gets out and before he even attempts to secure the car he tells me immediately it isn’t the alternator and it’s the battery. He even showed me that disconnecting the negative terminal while it was running was a sure test. If it dies immediately, it’s the alternator. If it continues to run, it’s the battery. So, took out the battery again and went up to O’Reillys (no love for AutoZone after that) and swapped out the battery. Installed it and it starts right up.He was such a professional and wrote it up as a jump start since I decided to trust his experience and replace the battery myself (as I intended the first time). No tow needed!I would use Jinkins in a heartbeat. We need more humans like this one.
