This place is the best place to go if you need something quick, reliable, and affordable. I’ve known Jesse a long time and he has always come through for me. He helps me with prices and makes sure my car is running before I take it back. Jesse is the man! He always does great work. I went only a week without a car and he only had my car for 1 day out of that time.

Had him order the starter for my car because we thought that’s the issue we were having but we ended up getting it to the shop to test it and alternator and starter are both good but it was the battery that was not charging anymore. I asked to cancel the order for the part and it id receive a refund and I was told you should be getting it right now I already did the cancellation. Still no refund …..

Trust the process..I was going to order my own parts to get my vehicle fixed. I'm not a mechanic it was possible I could have ordered the wrong parts instead I trusted bigfoot to order the parts that was needed as well as fixing my vehicle. Truly thankful for Jesse and justine at bigfoot! Great customer service, trustworthy, and efficient!!

I run a mechanic shop we ordered a transmission from Jessie paid with a credit card he has yet to send us our part this has been 4 months ago he is now dodging our phone calls telling us he'll meet us and never calling us back making it extremely difficult for us to get our refund
