The customer service is awful! We had windows installed last year, one came broken. We have been asking for a replacement, also, none of the window screens fit the windows. We have asked for help all of this time from their outside sales rep Bruce. He doesn’t return calls, doesn’t call when he says he will and now he won’t even answer the phone. I’ve complained to the store manager and now they don’t return phone calls either. Bad bad customer service
