Though we live in Livingston, we went to three Houston area dealerships looking for this vehicle. None of them were willing to deal. Found our vehicle online at Gound Chevrolet, we made the drive and it was totally worth it! Great folks, great trade and great service! Out the door with our Tahoe in 3hours!

Poor customer service in service dept. Matt in service failed to give me correct pricing on having my car towed to see what was wrong with it. Then the service department allowed someone else BESIDES ME to authorize to fix my car. Then was told I was responsible for the payment. I called into initially, I should have been called to give authorization to fix my car but instead they allowed someone to call, knowing it was not me, to authorize for my car to be fixed.
